Feature Request: Allow users to suggest Media edits (Description/Categories) #24

For logged in users only, show a button via which agents can submit a suggestion for a (new) media description or media categories

Unsure if Poketbase can be used to approve such suggestions? Probably need some other way to review and approve/reject suggestions (if it is even worth it?)
