Added new "reproduction" field for bug reports, added parts of code for uploading images, clarified errors when trying to add bug report, added basic verification features (Only upload images if verified, show verification level on agent profile if verified)

TODO: check if new bug report field works, re enable markdown editor in /bugs/new, check how to actually submit images after sending form in /bugs/new, add image validation to /bugs/new (5 max per upload), check slide animation in /agent
