gazetteer has no attribute "prepare_training" #97

I'm getting the error, gazetteer has no attribute prepare_training, when going through the gazetteer example. I saw that prepare_training was an update that went in a couple of weeks ago. Was this a mistake?

I must have been using an older version of dedupe. I see prepare_training working now.
