Update deegree documentation for upcoming 3.6 minor release

To not further stall the release of 3.5, the TMC verbally agreed to include the updated documentation of deegree in the upcoming 3.6 release.

Tasks:

• [ ] Remove references to unavailable deegree workspaces
• [ ] Remove references to the old console (3.4, 'see layers', 'send requests')
• [ ] Update Screenshots to 3.6 (old ones are from 2014)
• [ ] Update Logging Configurations
• [ ] Remove Generic OGC Web Service Client and layer preview in 3.3
