Update deegree webservices handbook #358

The deegree webservices handbook should be updated to deegree 3.4.

What does this include? Only screenshots?

At the moment I will only replace all screenshots with actual of deegree 3.4. After our conversation I can imagine to update the chapter 10. Map layers and 11. Map themes.

I have update most of all images (except the chapter Auto-generating a mapping configuration and tables) and create a pull request (#368).
