[WMTS 1.0.0] GetFeatureInfo info format always in text/plain

If I execute the CITE test wmts:Server.KVP.GET.GetFeatureInfo.Valid.InfoFormat against deegree webservices 3.4-pre15, deegree responds alaways with info format text/plain.

• Request with info format text/plain
• Request with info format application/vnd.ogc.gml
• Request with info format text/xml

Test successful with deegree webservices 3.4 pre17.

I have executed the CITE test wmts:Server.KVP.GET.GetFeatureInfo.Valid.InfoFormat against deegree webservices 3.4-pre15 and deegree webservices 3.4-pre17 again.

Both deegree services responds always with info format text/plain.
