[x] Notebook tutorials for each OOD method and for each framework (torch and tf) sharing a template and with the same two experiments: MNIST(0-4) vs MNIST(5-9) / CIFAR-10 vs SVHN. Tf and torch notebooks will respectively be placed in docs/notebooks/tensorflow and docs/notebooks/torch directories, old ones are for now in docs/ignored_notebooks.
