I am not pleased with this pull request. Nuked my folder and cloned the repository anew. Closing.

Of course, I will be making use of these in future commits, but in a more orderly fashion, and hopefully in smaller commits at a time.

I don't know why you did that. Most of your changes were okay, the only real issue was the added copy of the prototype.js file.
