Initializes DVC #22

Closes #11.

The idea was to first split up the video folders into public examples (which are being released with the code) and private ones. Both are added to DVC and then managed in a local folder on the development server.

@nikozoe I think this should work now on the server (locally it shouldn't, since the shared DVC folder does not exist). Would you mind checking it out?
