build for web to run 3d in browser, or other way to run app in browser

Build for web was depricated in 4 major version so last version builds for web is in 4.26

There is pixel streaming feature, what could be usefull if no many users want to use UE. https://docs.unrealengine.com/5.0/en-US/pixel-streaming-in-unreal-engine/ only for linux and windows
