Insertion menu loads 17 seconds in gitpod for a user without admin permissions #258

Description

Insertion menu loads 17 seconds if logged in as a user without admin permissions Note: the problem occurs only in a user that does not have admin permissions

How to reproduce

Insert User
Insert Join from User to admin
Login as user
Insert User
Login as user (the last one)
Open insertion menu
Insertion menu of the user with admin permissions
