Make gitpod installation faster. I have recorded video and count how much take it takes from the moment when I click the button "Continue" to create workspace to the moment when deep is ready. Approximate time between these two moments is 8 minutes 20 seconds

I have already deleted it and it would take me too long to upload 8 minute video I guess

I have created a new gitpod instance yesterday and it took approximately the same time because we have no prebuilds now
