Add block_number and horizon to config #7

Add the current block number and the url of the horizon server to the config.

Horizon server:

Standalone: https://node.elio-dao.org/ Futurenet: https://horizon-futurenet.stellar.org/ Testnet: https://horizon-testnet.stellar.org/ Mainet: https://horizon.stellar.org/

Block-Number is part of the response headers for all requests including /config/ i added it anyways :shrug: ba1b0904bef300be942265d7c10a2b2b5af887ba
