Description of issue:

Added a new command for converting HTML to Emmet. I'm embarrassed to admit I just learned about Emmet 🫣 so this will help me and possibly others learn it better.

[x] I have followed the contribution guidelines.
[x] I have tested this custom command with Cody.
[x] I have added this command to the README.md file with other commands.
