What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. my SMPP client sending message part by part like 1/3,2/3 and 3/3 but on
JSMPP server i am unable to receive optional parameter. On the document i found
the function getOptionalParametes which gives optional parameter array but it
is unable to work.
Anybody please share your experience in resolving this issue.
