What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add JSmppGateway to Service and start service
2. Stop and start application server many times
3. Try to send an SMS or try to reconnect to the SMSC
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
After some restart operations (IBM WAS 7), server cannot reach bind SMSC
anymore. Instead it receives "org.jsmpp.extra.NegativeResponseException:
Negative response 00000450 found" and then "java.io.IOException: Failed
connecting".
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
JSMPP 2.1 -

JAVA 6 - IBM WAS 7 - Nokia SMS Center 8.1
Error seems to be vendor specific:
ESME_RTOOMANYUS ER 0x00000450 102 Too many users with this login ID
