Set package name in `\ProvidesPackage` directive; fixes issue #3 #4

Thank you for your contribution.

It has been a while since I worked on this package, so I don‘t fully recall the steps to make a new release and upload this to CTAN. I am also busy with some other stuff, so it might take a while before I get around to it.

In the meanwhile, I suppose you or anybody else could always use the package directly from Github.

I suppose this is resolved now. @krumeich I got an email from CTAN and authorized them to upload the new version. You can do so in the future as well.
