why the newly published post doesn't appear in the homepage? #39

hi.

i published a post: http://dj.bright.biz.st/Software/test-1 ,but it doesn't appear in the homepage.why? how to fix the issue?

i see here: http://dj.bright.biz.st/All%20Posts ,my post "Software/test-1" is shown in the list.but how to make the post aligned as per the order of publishing time?( the newest post appear in the top,the oldest post appear in the bottom)
