It would be a huge help if I could select which columns are exported when showing inactive users for the past x months. Or simply put a check box for 'export all columns'. I need out of the box columns like Manager and Country, and custom fields like Location and Cost Center. So, simply getting all fields from sysuser in the export would be a huge time saver.
