Layout changes+Make tool work with CRM2015 #4

-Made some layout changes. Now the tool looks like this. image

-I also made some changes to fetch so that it with CRM2015 (audit does not have a regardingobjectid field in crm2015). -Recycle Bin project now uses nuget. -Build events added as per https://github.com/MscrmTools/XrmToolBox/wiki/Debug-your-plugins-during-development
