Migration of plugin to new pelican plugins organization #1

@deepakrb I came across your Pelican plugin for reading time which seems to be the best of all the reading time plugins I have seen so far.

The Pelican team has come up with a new GitHub organization for plugins and I was wondering if you would be able to bring this repository into the structure recommended by them as detailed here.

Hi @nandac, thanks for the kind words. I've taken a look at the new organisation and it looks like a great idea (vs the single repo sub-modules nightmare of the past).

I'd be happy to take a look at migrating to the newer system. I'm almost certain the code here needs a touch up since i've sat on an old Pelican version for a while. I'll take a look into it and get back to you.

I have some experience with migrating the pandoc-reader plugin to the recommended structure (which I have been actively working on) so I can assist in this respect.

In the meantime let me check with the Pelican team on what is the recommended approach for migrating repositories that are not currently part of the old plugins repository.
