Identify and optimize sleep times in likwid tools #143

In likwid sleep is used for safety in several occasion. This artificially slows 
down execution time of the tool.

Analyse the usage of sleep in likwid and try to replace or improve the usage.

Patched the accessClient to establish the connection to the accessDaemon 
faster. Used the Patch of Julian Kunkel from User Mailing List
