Time Elapsed is start from day 1 when we resume the saved game #95

Pre -Requisite : play the game and save it

Steps to reproduce the problem
1. Open (resume) the saved game
2. Observe the Time Elapsed

What is the expected output? 
      Should not be initialized to day 1
What do you see instead?
     Time Elapsed is intialized to Day 1

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
     Version : Revision 143
     OS      : Windows Xp

Please provide any additional information below.
