Issues in the 'Buy/Sell resources window' #98

Pre - Reauisite : Make sure that the Buy/Sell resources window is opened 
and village money is sufficient to buy the "one" quantity of resource

Steps to reproduce the problem
1. Select the resouce and set the quatity bar to one
2. Click on "Buy" button
3. observe the below twxt box

What is the expected output? 
     Should display : Village has brought the resource you demanded. 

What do you see instead?
     Currently it displays : You don't have enough Money to buy this 
     resource.Please change the quantity  or try later

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
      Version : Revision 144
      OS      : Windows Xp

Please provide any additional information below.
     Money is not deducted and added while buying or selling the resources
