add visual feedback (spinner) while feed is updating

It would be useful if there was some kind of visual clue that the feeds were 
updating.  
With the 'refresh feeds on open' option enabled, when opening sparserss there 
is no clue that something is happening until sparserss gets a response from the 
feed, which may take a while on a slow connection.

I totally second this useful feature. I would also appreciate if import/export 
OPML really works. I tried to export from SparseRSS and import its own file but 
fails.

Any clue??

Well, importing in sparse rss a file that has been exported from sparse rss a 
few moments ago will have no effect by design because the importer prevents 
duplicate feeds. Since all feeds are still there, there is nothing to do.
