Register as handler for the appropriate MIME types #38

It would be nice if Sparse RSS told the system (by registering intent filters,
I suppose?) that it handles application/rss+xml and application/atom+xml, so
that I could just click on a link in the browser to add a feed, instead of
having to copy the address.

As far as I remember, the standard browser does not support this behavior
(handlers for different MIME types).
This was in 2.1 (I tried it there), but maybe it changed in a later version so
I will check this.

As there has been no change in the browsers behavior, I will close this.
