edited folder structure, mitolin now has: gen, nb, src, and one example fastq (1eg33MBfastq) gen/ is listed in .gitignore (see overview.wiki for structure for gen/ folder contents)

a nb entry for farm and vcf2fasta_v0.0.1.sh were also (mistakenly) included in this branch - oops, still learning when not to use git add -A
