Question 1: Play hls more smoothly than hlsll，and hlsll can play h265, but hls can't play h265

Question 2: The index.m3u8 requests is so slow,and I play it on the LAN。Sometimes it will take a few seconds, and then the web page will not play the video, but the request continues
