Provide Python 3.11 wheels #296

Hi and thanks for building and maintaining this great library!

From what I can see, the latest release (1.1.7) works just fine (and tests pass) with Python 3.11, but it needs to be built from source. Any chance you can provide wheels for Python 3.11 soon-ish?
