How to get ACNN pre_trained model #43

Hi,here I want to reproduce the performance of ACNN in protein-ligand binding affinity, but I can't find the pre-trained model.How can I obtain the .pth file for ACNN? Thanks for your reply.

We don't currently have a pretrained model for ACNN. We may release one at a future date but it's not currently available. You can use the guides on the forum to help do this. For example, see https://forum.deepchem.io/t/featurizing-pdbbind-dataset-saved-on-google-drive/1028
