Remove support classes? #7

The deepchem.data module has classes for "support". This was a concept we used in Low Data Drug Discovery with One-Shot Learning. The original one-shot models we used in that paper have been superseded by the dc.metalearning implementation which doesn't use supports. I propose we remove supports as part of the transition into the separate moleculenet module.

Closing this PR since we're no longer planning to move large amounts of code into this repo.
