Platform not being centred before moving arch #47

It seems that in all HLI actions apart from reset, the platform is not being centred before moving the arch. This could produce some movement error due to uneven load on the arch motors. However, centring the platform takes time, so analysis should first be done on whether it is really required (produces significant error within one move or that is not removed by resetting).
