sms backup fails to log into gmail account #84

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Every login attempt
2.using email address and password with IMAP enabled  
3. Using username and password with IMAP enabled 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Wish to backup sms files as application is designed for. 
See unable go access account. Retry? Cancel 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Most  recent current version checked for any updates at website and market. 
Operating 
system is Android 15 running on a Sprint HTC Hero device

Please provide any additional information below.

I have made certain IMAP is enabled actually tried a disable re-enable as well 
tried 
disabling POP issue remained checked numerous times that email address and 
password 
were correct tried just username and password. Did a uninstall and reinstall of 
app issue 
remains.
