Attempting to install the vpk via vitashell or onemenu fails. saying it encountered an error. #1

same as title issue. tested on PSVITA OLED Model. Firmware 3.60.

it fails at about the 88-90% mark usually. onemenu marks the vpk as unsafe as well..
