Is it possible to use this to transfer facial expressions to a target, similar to https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0Vuu_5TA1ao ?

This is a different type of AI more suited to interview style/head close ups. Faceswap can do similar to what is shown here, but probably isn't the best tool for the job.
