update user message to retrieve history

• Bot can now retrieve chat history
• Bot will show a typing message when it starts responding
• Formatted with black

Don't actually merge this yet, we have to fix the problem where the model will ignore its system prompt in favor of how it behaved in the history.

Update 3/23/23: Removed history for now. Everything else is fine.
