Thanks for submitting this! Here are my comments:

  1. These additional FAQ entries are not Kur specific. They address things like adding logging statements, pipe redirection, and isolating runtime environments (which really should be done with virtual environments).
  2. There are many additional files (actual code and Kurfiles) that were edited in this PR.

So I think that these tidbits of knowledge are more appropriate for a Wiki / Stack Overflow environment than FAQ entries. Let's reserve FAQ entries for very Kur-specific things.
