See CHANGELOG.md in this PR for a summary of changes to the Helm chart. These changes close #11.

Beyond the Helm chart, the default API and Engine configurations for Docker/Podman setups have been modified to use the upstream license server as a backup if the License Proxy is down. Closes #8.
