This update should include:

• ExecutionContext now supports withOperationInitializer(..) to copy the existing exec context with some replacement operation initializer. The use of this is pretty advanced, like replacing the UpdateGraph itself, and we probably won't document much beyond that.
• ExecutionContext.Builder now supports setOperationInitializer(...) to replace the operation initializer as desired. This is an advanced operation, like replacing the UpdateGraph itself, and we probably won't write too much about it beyond that.
• ExecutionContext.newBuilder() will now automatically capture the OperationInitializer and UpdateGraph - the captureUpdateGraph() call in java/groovy is deprecated for removal.
