Set up new doc notifications once docs are settled in new repo #222

In DHC Slack, the web team has releases automatically notify channels for web components. I just walked through the same steps for deephaven-ib.

  1. Go to the channel you want the notifications in
  2. Run /github subscribe deephaven-examples/deephaven-ib where the last bit is replaced by the repo you want notifications for
  3. If you get a login message, follow the login steps and then rerun step 2.

We may also want to publish notifications on new docs that get published to a docs channel.
