Specificities for MOO benchmarks which can be single objective or with different objectives

In the case where a benchmark can be 1, 2, or with more objectives, some options can be defined to allow the user to set these.

• DEEPHYPER_BENCHMARK_MOO=0 or 1 which decide to activate/deactivate MOO
• DEEPHYPER_BENCHMARK_OBJECTIVE="valid_loss,flops" which defines the list of optimized objectives
