Added a slightly modified version of JAHS Bench 201 problem. Modifications to original version include:

added additional objectives (size_MB)
set reference point at valid-acc=0, , latency=10, size_MB=100
added nepochs as a tunable parameter
optional wait command for 1% of total run time (default percentage, but configurable)

Warning: No support for MacOS
