you can combine this(source code) with Third-party Re-implementation's demo, it does no matter with net or frame I think. Or if u have any other nice demo, please tell me, thx!

I wrote a Security Cam example with Telegram Push and a folder based FaceDB: https://github.com/Counterfeiter/SecurityCam License is MIT... I should at it soon.....
