Automatic skipping of songs already #278

Hi, would it be possible to insert a topic that skips songs already downloaded without standing there to click n each time to say don't re-download?

It's hard to determine on a topic. Are you suggesting that ytmdl check if a song matches a topic? Is topic just going to be a keyword?

On a side note, you can use a --download-archive and skip the already downloaded songs but you'll have to use the video ID there.
