Change Travis to use only one Python distribution #8

We need that only to run the mcinstall script itself, but everything else will come bundled with the downloaded Miniconda distribution.

Well, let's keep Python 3.6, 3.7 and 3.8 so we know at least that mcinstall works on all these three...
