use included pickle for ccd corner if filename not specified #100

Unlike 99% of my PRs so far this year, we haven't discussed this change, so I have no idea if this fits with the general theory of operation of glmtools or not.

If a user doesn't specify a pickle file of CCD corner locations to load, load the included array for GLM 16. (this brings up the idea of 'should this library also include arrays for GLM 18, future 19, etc.?)
