Made changes to density_to_files.py to match the most recent changes that were made to keep the 3D grids working.

Also added 3DGrids.py to run any dataset within the proper directories. *NOTE: this has not yet been tested, as it includes options for running only 3D/2D or both.

Also, need to add option for mobile/non_mobile contributing files.
