Energy Addition to Flash-sorting and gridding #13

Fixed issue with local_cartesian coordinate conversions returning negative altitudes (z-coords). Added energy calculation for the flash sort and grid routines (in GJ). Added energy field in cf_netcdf.py to add energy field to flash-sorted netcdf file. Fixed import issue in lmatools.py.
