Qt as GUI toolkit. #5

As mentioned in the README, there is the need to choose a GUI toolkit so as to mimic xlma.

Qt recently gained official Python support (ensuring a stable long-term API), and for building a full desktop GUI might be a bit more of an obvious choice, now.

The just-added glueviz example already has a Qt GUI framework that seems like a good starting point.
