Separate datasets for frontal and frontal + lateral
Restrict one-hot embeddings to [-1, 1]

Unlike for the birds and flowers, we do not have different classes of x-ray patients. For now I will give everyone their own class. Going forward I want to create classes from the embeddings so that I can cluster patients and create classes that way. Hopefully then we have some semantics about which patients are more or less similar than other patients. I'll create an issue for this.
